I doubt Cox Business does many CableCARD installs. Can Business customers pick-up equipment at a Cox Store? If so just go a Cox Store and get a CableCARD and Tuning Adapter.
I wasn't even sure that a Business account was supported, but it is listed in the Business Support pages...
