    It may not be related, but Cox in San Diego is starting the "All Digital" transition.     Passport definitely did this, I think SARA also did. This was one feature I really missed when I switched to TiVo.

    I doubt Cox Business does many CableCARD installs. Can Business customers pick-up equipment at a Cox Store? If so just go a Cox Store and get a CableCARD and Tuning Adapter. I wasn't even sure that a Business account was supported, but it is listed in the Business Support pages...

    Just a quick update: TiVo seems to have solved this issue with a SW update: SW Version 20.3.8 -now will retry tuning requests after a Tuning Adapter fails to respond http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb/showthread.php?t=512353
